PDF download instructions

1. Adobe Acrobat Reader required. If you do not have it installed, it is available free from Adobe.
2. If you wish to download the PDF version instead of viewing it within your browser:
   • Macintosh: Option-click on the link
   • Windows: Right-click on the link
   Then select a destination folder, save the file, and open it with Adobe Acrobat Reader.
